Muslims can perform the sacrifice of an animal individually or share it among seven Muslim brothers. For smaller animals like sheep and goats, there is only one share, allowing only one person to perform the Qurbani. However, larger animals such as cows, and bulls, can be divided into seven shares. This means that seven people can share the Qurbani of one of these animals, whether they are from the same household or different households. Each share should have the intention of Qurbani or Aqeeqah. While it’s permissible to divide the animals into less than seven shares, dividing them into more than seven shares will render the Qurbani unacceptable. Cow Shares
If you want to sacrifice a cow but lack the funds to buy one, you can book one or more cow shares with Wajib. Remember, you can book only up to seven shares from one animal.
Whole Cow
If you want to sacrifice a whole cow, Wajib also offers that option. You can book a whole cow with us.
More than Seven Cow Shares
If you have more than seven friends who want to sacrifice in the way of Allah, Wajib provides you with more than seven shares of the cow. However, these would come from more than one animal as Shariah does not allow more than seven shares of an animal.
